Prior to joining Reclamation Center, Carmen worked with Centene Health, where she served as a strong advocate for both the South Florida community and healthcare providers. Through her experience in managed care and community relations, she developed extensive knowledge in healthcare operations, provider support, patient advocacy, and care coordination.
