Dr. Evelyn Noel DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Evelyn Noel, DNP, PMHNP-BC, serves as the Director of Nursing at Reclamation Center and brings more than 23 years of psychiatric mental health experience to the organization. She is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral healthcare to individuals and families across diverse populations.

Dr. Noel is known for her strong clinical expertise, patient-centered approach, and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and their families. Her passion for psychiatric mental health is both her professional calling and personal mission, driving her commitment to improving emotional wellness, stability, and quality of life for those she serves.

Throughout her career, Dr. Noel has worked extensively within behavioral health settings, including her experience with Henderson Behavioral Health, where she gained valuable expertise in community mental health, crisis intervention, psychiatric treatment, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Her broad background has allowed her to work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring disorders.

As Director of Nursing at Reclamation Center, Dr. Noel provides clinical leadership and nursing oversight while supporting the organization’s commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate care.
