Francisco U. Cruz, M.D. is a board-certified physician in General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine serving as the Medical Director at Reclamation Center. With over 17 years of clinical experience, Dr. Cruz has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness, recovery, and long-term stability through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.

Dr. Cruz has extensive experience treating a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders across multiple levels of care, including outpatient services, inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and detoxification settings. His clinical expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, co-occurring substance use disorders, and other complex behavioral health conditions.
