Karen Weinstock PMHNP-BC

Karen Weinstock, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals across the lifespan. With experience in outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, and private practice settings, Karen is committed to helping patients achieve emotional wellness, stability, and improved quality of life through personalized treatment and supportive care.

Karen earned her Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, where she completed advanced psychiatric training with academic excellence. Her clinical background includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management, treatment planning, and collaborative care for individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions.

Prior to joining Reclamation Center, Karen worked as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Henderson Behavioral Health and Mindpath Health, where she provided comprehensive psychiatric services in both outpatient and hybrid care settings. Her experience includes treating patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and other behavioral health concerns while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.

Karen is also the founder of Perfect Peace Wellness & Psychiatry, reflecting her passion for holistic mental health care and patient empowerment. She values building strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families and believes in creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment journey.
